Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The service

The App is a casual puzzle game with levels, local progress, optional boosters, and related entertainment features. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing. The App does not include in-app purchases or advertisements.

2. Your responsibilities

• You must use the App in compliance with applicable laws and platform rules
• You must not misuse the App, attempt to disrupt it, or interfere with other users’ enjoyment of the App
• You are responsible for keeping your device secure

3. Virtual items and progress

Boosters, level progress, and similar in-game items or status exist only within the App for entertainment. They have no cash value outside the App and cannot be exchanged for money, goods, or services. Progress and items stored on your device may be lost if you delete App data or uninstall the App.

4. License

Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store rules. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or create derivative works from the App except where permitted by law.

5. Intellectual property

The App, including its name, artwork, audio, design, and software, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the App to you.

6. Availability and changes

We may update, change, or discontinue features of the App at any time. We may also update these Terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of defects.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed zero, because the App is provided free of charge without in-app purchases.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those cases, the limits apply only to the extent allowed.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end access to the App if these Terms are violated or if the App is discontinued. Sections that by nature should survive (including disclaimer, limitation of liability, and intellectual property) will continue to apply.

10. Governing framework

These Terms are intended to be interpreted under applicable law in your place of residence, without conflict-of-law rules that would require another jurisdiction, except where Apple’s App Store terms require otherwise for distribution.

11. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, form the full agreement regarding use of the App, and replace prior agreements on the same subject.
